Everything we smoothly as planned - hotel was great. The pool was small, but fine. Had the manager's reception in the evening and the hot breakfast in the morning. Good location in walking to distance to many downtown attractions (e.g 6-8 blocks to navy pier, millenium park, water tower place). Very spacious room (suite) with microwave, fridge - more than we needed for our short stay.

It was the best place we have ever stayed in downtown Chicago! The morning breakfast buffet included with our stay was such a great bonus. We were able to get started with our day and not have to worry about eating somewhere first! The parking was such a relief, we pulled in on friday to an indoor heated parking garage and they helped with our luggage and told us we could take our car out two times a day at no extra charge! The parking fee was extra, however it was not as expensive as other parking facilities we have used! Location! Location! Location! The best place to stay no matter what you are there for, business, shopping, entertainment, the arts, the lakeshore, or just visiting! I recommend this for families, and business trips. The rooms are spacious and comfy too!! The staff outstanding!

We had a nice time. We would stay here again. There are many places to eat around the hotel. The one thing I would like to see a little different was at the Manager's Reception. They served the same snacks both days.
