HOTELREVIEWS

Reviews of Millennium Glasgow Glasgow

Review by: Dr Ian P., Alexandria, United Kingdom

I would like to say that on my first visit everything was very good and I would recommend the hotel. Staff were very friendly and the food in the dinning room was superb. I was completely satisfied,so much so that I booked another night for a few days later. This time it was a different story I was kept waiting at the reception for ages and then given the wrong room.I had taken an upgrade to a club room but found there were no Bath Robes and no hygiene bags and although it was eventually rectified we only had one bottle of complimentary water I also found that the room had not been cleaned properly pieces of elastoplast strips left in toilet, so beware of first impressions
I would still say it is a good hotel and the food is fantastic.
