Hotel Petit Palais rises from a modern-looking building with facades made of travertine marble. It's situated in Venetian Lido, the island which divides the Sea (on which the Hotel overlooks) from the Lagoon. Beyond this, it's only 15 minutes by boat far from Piazza San Marco, the Center of Venice and 1 minute by walk far from the "Mostra Internazionale del Cinema di Venezia"! The Hotel has 30 double rooms and 22 of these have a fantastic view of the Excelsior Beach and the Sea and 1 single rooms; 2 rooms have disable facilities. All rooms are provided of bathroom hairdryer, air conditioning, heating plant, strongbox, 26" LCD TV with PPV, telephone.

As of August 24th Venice will implement a new accommodation tax that must be paid by the guest at check out. The fee is from € 1.00 to max € 5.00 per person per night depending on hotel location, hotel category, and seasonality. This apply to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights and children under 10 will be exempt from the tax.
